I’m Rocky Meng, a Los Angeles-based actor. I was born and raised in Beijing, China, and came to the States when I was 14.
I discovered my love for acting when I signed up for my first-ever drama class in 7th grade. As soon as I stepped on the stage, 13-year-old me knew I wanted to do this for the rest of my life. In May 2024, I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Emerson College in Boston and won a Best Actor award from the Roma Short Film Festival.
I love new work, whether it’s for the stage or the screen. I believe that by supporting new art, we can collectively push the boundaries of creativity. I have done work in both English and Mandarin and plan to continue the bilingual path I have set for myself.
